A George V Red Morocco Leather Despatch Box the bevelled lid stamped with the royal insignia of George V and the initials C.W.H. A brass swing handle is located at the rear. The black leather lined interior with raised sides and trellis of leather strips inside the lid.
At some time the box has been forced open and the Bramah lock damaged. This has now been restored to its original state and the correct key supplied.
