A genuine World War 2 U.S. Legitimus Collins & Co 1250 machete & sheath. Collins & Co was awarded various Allied contracts throughout World War 2. This particular machete was typically issued to be carried on tanks and vehicles in Europe, and was used by the U.S., British & Canadians during WW2. The machete is in good original condition with some surface tarnishing that could be cleaned up if so desired, no damage to handle, blade good, original markers marks are visible Length 51 cm width at widest 8 cm depth 2 cm.
