Beautiful pair of French paintings of the second half of the 19th century. Oil on canvas works depicting bright seascape, of good painting hand and great taste. Carved and gilded frames made by wood and plaster of the 20th century, which have some minor gilding drops and some signs of the time. Paintings of beautiful fit and pleasant decor signed "E. Simon" and dated 1878. A painting has a small hole on the left and a color drop on the bottom right. Works for lovers, antique dealers and collectors, on the whole in good state of conservation. Painting internal measure: H 35 x W 54 cm.
