Old North West Persian Tafrish village rug
Circa 1920
Tafrish also called Tafresh is in the Greater Hamadan area towards the city of Qum.
This is a well drawn rug with a design typical of the town
It is pleasing to the eye, with good colours including a light sky blue around the central medallion
Excellent condition, even wear, fair pile.
Hand washed and ready for display.
