For sale: a fine Art Deco desk or mantel clock featuring a striking stepped rectangular design crafted from black marble and green onyx, dating from the 1930s. The clock has a chrome-plated rectangular bezel and a twin-section rectangular dial marked “8 Day.” The inner dial displays a textured diamond pattern, while the outer dial—also rectangular—has an attractive aged finish and is signed “Swiss Made” beneath the 6.The numerals are luminous and retain a gentle, still-active glow. The 8-day movement has been recently fully serviced and is in excellent working order, keeping accurate time.Dimensions: 15 cm (L) × 13 cm (H) × 4.8 cm (W)
