    French painting of the second half of the 19th century. Work oil on canvas depicting "Mary Magdalene", inspired by a famous painting by the French painter Henner. Painting signed at the bottom right L. Larc, for antiques dealers and collectors. Frame in wood and plaster, richly carved and gilded, with various small lacks of decorum Painting of great measure and impact, of good pictorial hand. It has small signs of the time. Overall in good conservative state. Sight size: H 100 x W 137 cm.
