Antique Longcase Grandfather Clock. Price £895.00 Ex Works .Circa 1790. Fully refurbished 8 day duration stiles the hours on a cast bell nice looking oak cased clock with mahogany banding a lovely long shaped trunk door with lock and key, the hood unusual with an arched top and turned pillars together with x2 brass finials to top it off (the hood had a crack in it which has been repaired) White dial with working calendar and seconds sweep with Alison of Montrose painted on it the base plinth oak with mahogany banding. The movement has been stripped and cleaned with new gut lines and I great working order. The height is 82.00 inches with a maximum width of 19 inches the trunk is 13.5 inches wide a very nice proportioned clock would look great in any house it’s a lovely colour and a very good price.
