A gorgeous antique French "bois de roi" or kingwood bureau plat/writing table, circa 1900 in date. Featuring superb decorative ormolu mounts, this table is sure to get noticed wherever it is placed.With exquisite crossbanded decoration around the whole. The fabulous origianl leather top is in good condition and has gold tooling. It is finished on all sides so that it can stand freely in the middle of a room, and is offered in excellent original condition.MeasurementsApproximately 80 cm high x 145 cm wide x 75 cm deep.ConditionThis unique writing table is in original untouched condition and has been well cared for. Please see photographs to confirm condition. It will be French polished before delivery.
