An important cut-crystal and ormolu mantel clock with four twisted columns imitating a classic temple, Corinthian capitals and gilt bronze bases adorned with twisted patterns. They support the dial framed by water leaves, small pearls and twisted patterns, composed by one white enameled cartridge with Roman numerals indicating the hours, and one central gilt bronze cartridge, finely chiseled with interlacing and zigzag decoration. The cut-crystal rectangular base with diamond and other geometrical patterns rests on four flattened ball feet. Original movement in working condition.
