A 19th century Victorian mahogany hall or console table. The table has a raised back that has an overhanging mould to the edge and a shield in the centre. The table has turned legs and an ash lined drawer that has a mahogany front and pierced back brass handle. The rear of the table has a retailer's label for "J.Moffet & Son House Furnishers Carlisle", Moffet also had premises in Glasgow in the 19th century and throughout the 20th century. The hall table is in very good condition. (Circa 1880) Height 111cm (43.7 inches) Width 92cm (36.2 inches) Depth 40cm (15.7 inches) Victorian Mahogany Hall Table
