AN ORIGINAL PAIR OF LARGE 19th CENTURY HAND PAINTED PANELS ON COTTON SHOWING THE TEN COMMANDMENTS WITH ELABORATE DETAILED DECORATIONS AND MANY PARTS HEIGHTENED IN GOLD,EACH PANEL IS FIXED ON THE ORIGINAL WOODEN FRAME

APPROX SIZE OF EACH PANEL IS 63 INCHES HIGH & APPROX 41 WIDE

AS CAN BE SEEN IN THE IMAGES SOME WEAR AND DAMAGE IS PRESENT TO BOTH PANELS SUCH AS TEARS TO CLOTH ,FRAYING & LOSS TO EDGES,SMALL AREAS OF PAINT CHIPPED AND RUBBED,DISCOLOURING TO COTTON BACKGROUND,CREASES TO COTTON ETC ETC
HAVE TAKEN PLENTY OF IMAGES SO PLEASE SEE ALL IMAGES TO HELP WITH THE CONDITION

SOME FAULTS BUT DOES ADD TO THE OVERALL LOOK & APPEARANCE. OVERALL THE PANELS ARE IN GOOD ORIGINAL CONDITION
