This is a beautiful open bookcase in the Sheraton style. There is no mistaking its unique quality and design, which is certain to make it a talking point in your home. As such, this bookcase is sure to take pride of place in your library or reception.This tall open bookcase has five adjustable shelves. Two square simple columns flank the shelves of this bookcase, which is very typical of the Sheraton style. At the top is a simple carved entablature. The whole piece is very formal, with a beautiful colouring from the timber.Sheraton is a style of English furniture that originated about 1800, characterised by simple designs, straight lines, thin legs and classical ornamentation.Condition:This bookcase is in excellent condition.
