An early 20th century George V sterling silver sovereign an half sovereign holder. The holder has an decorative engraved surface with a button release that allows the lid to open. The interior has two storage compartments for a half and full sovereign. The coin holder has hall marks for Birmingham, the year 1912 and the maker's mark for William Niels & Sons Ltd. The case is in good condition and has engraved initials 'DC' in a circle on the lid.
