I bought this clock from a house in Queen Margaret Drive, Glasgow, next to the old BBC Studios and the Botanic Gardens. The lady who had owned it was almost 100 years old and had owned the clock all of her life.You don’t often see this type of inlay on clocks but you do see it on other furniture of the period like display cabinets etc.This is a rare piece of furniture that a collector of Art Noveau will appreciate.
