    rare art deco clock by jaeger-lecoultre

    This is for a beautiful original and extremely stylish art deco desktop alarm clock made by Jaeger LeCoultre. It dates to the 1930's, it has a 30 hour movement and it has a gold toned scumbled effect metal casing with a back dial face and stylised art deco numerals. The face is clearly marked 'LeCoultre, Swiss' along with a number 2 in a circle. It is in excellent condition with no dents and no loss to the case. We've had this Art Deco beauty fully serviced by an horologist and so comes to you in full working order and it's keeping time with functioning alarm.
    Jaeger-LeCoultre (French pronunciation is a Swiss luxury watch and clock manufacturer based in Le Sentier, Switzerland, that dates back to the first half of the 19th century, founded by Antoine LeCoultre in 1833.
    The brand has hundreds of inventions and over a thousand calibers (movements) to its name, including the world’s smallest caliber, one of the world’s most complicated wristwatches and a timepiece of near-perpetual movement.
