pair of french walnut bedsides/whatnots

Circa 1880, wonderful pair of French walnut bedside cabinets/whatnots. The tops are mottled rouge marble with white variegation through it, embedded with a wonderful moulding around them. Beneath this is a simple beaded apron and turned, tapering and fluted columns carved from solid walnut. There is a shelf with a moulded edge supported by turned and tapering cannon barrel columns. The bottom shelf has multiple ogee and various mouldings, all standing on four turned squat bun feet with brass castors. The bedsides are polished on all sides and are freestanding.
