A pair of mahogany Art Nouveau planters. The planters are square in shape with short pad feet that have shaped toes. The planters have a serpentine shaped top edge and moulded corners and one is stamped underneath with the maker's mark 'Stuart D Simkins Edinburgh'. The planters are in very good condition and are made from quality mahogany. (Circa 1900) Height 22cm (8.7 inches) Width Square 20.5cm (8.1 inches) Diameter of Hole 15cm (5.9 inches)
