A Victorian mahogany and brass bound model of a Navy rum barrel. The oval tapering barrel has a lid with decorative brass hinges, a locking hasp, two brass bandings and lifting rings. The barrel is in good condition but would have had a bottom edge brass banding. (Circa 1870) Height 14.5cm (5.7 inches) Width 15.2cm (6 inches) Depth 12.2cm (4.8 inches)
