miniature georgian mahogany wardrobe

An early 19th century Georgian miniature mahogany wardrobe or clothes press. The wardrobe is made of mahogany with box wood inlays, edges and keyhole escutcheons. The wardrobe has a pair of hinged doors above two short drawers over two long drawers with turned knob handles. This miniature wardrobe could have been made as a child's play piece or a table top storage piece. The wardrobe is in good condition with some old marks from use.
