This edition was realized by the founder Auguste Maximilien LAFONTAINE who worked in Paris in the middle of the nineteen century, in particular for James PRADIER and Francisque Joseph DURET for whom he realized the famous Vintager improvising on a comic subject, at present in the Mus?e du Louvre.
