Vase: 1in. hairline from rim. Soap dishes: One-liner with a tiny chip, otherwise good.Slop bucket and cover: Good condition. Overall this is a very nice and rare part set of third quarter Victorian Masons Ironstone. Rare to see a bucket with original rattan handle and draining liner complete.This set has no obvious signs of heavy use and a superb display item. 15/20 years ago a set like this would have made well over £1000. Its time of being valued will return, it never stopped rising in value for 20 years prior to the Millenium turn, when Victorian ceramics became oh so yesterdays collectable. But that was then, now it is truly a bargain waiting to rejoin the World of desirable. For me, I have always enjoyed Victorian Masons Ironstone, especially the early post-Miles Mason wares. of the early 19th century. (Imprest stamp mark). This set has the Blue Crown Round corner.
