An exquisite wooden tea box in inlaid wood with its key. It has two handles in gilded bronze, decorated with scrolls and flowers. The box and its domed lid are decorated on both main faces with a geometric pattern in brass, wood and mother of pearl inlays. The interior shows two compartments with a removable lid, adorned with a rectangle in wood inlay. The box rests on four toupie feet.
