Lovely large late Victorian/early 20th century studded copper 'copper', circa 1870 - 1900, generally used as log buckets or planters. Marked "A & L 10 gallon" given the quality, size and weight it was probably made as a commercial sweet making kettle or possibly a jam kettle.
Sits flat on the floor, lovely colour, small dinks etc commensurate with age but heavy and solid, no damage or holes etc .
Presented clean and lightly polished.
