impressive antique japanese okimono - man with monkeys & oni

For sale is this very impressive antique Japanese ivory okimono depicting a man with monkeys clambering down his body, an oni in a basket on his shoulder and on top of that a bird type creature with a sword. Well carved and with some nice detailing to the mans robe and features. This okimono measures 32cm tall by 8cm wide excluding the stand. It is signed to the base and is in good antique condition. The monkey clambering down the mans side has had his leg off at some stage and there is evidence of old glue at the underside waist of the birdlike creature, otherwise this is all good. This weighs a hefty 1kg without the stand.
