G.J.A van Reede (Dutch)(22 febr. 1929-12 aug 1998), gilt framed oil on canvas, Dutch River scene.
Born in 1929 in Rotterdam painter g. j. a. van Reede (22 febr. 1929-12 aug 1998) spent the war years in the countryside of Groningen, which has inspired him to follow the Academy of fine arts in Rotterdam. There he received instruction from Willem h. Mühlstaff and Aart Bijl. After graduation, he studied at the Studio of Wim Motz, what of great influence on its development.
At the end of the fifties the artist lived and worked in Germany. He made many trips to France and Italy. His style made a development by of fine painting to abstract-naturalism.
