A fantastic antique Victorian dining table. An extremely rare opportunity to own an antique Victorian walnut dining room table, circa 1880,and 8 chairs, comprising 6 side chairs and 2 armchairs. It will seat 8 comfortably and 10 at a pinch. The table has its original wind out mechanism and has two leaves which can be added when required. It stands on it's original brass and porcelain castors.The table is in superb condition and has been French polished to bring out the beautiful grain of the walnut. It was made by a master craftsman and should last for generations more. The chairs are from the second half of the 20th Century and compliment the table beautifully. They have been hand carved from solid mahogany and have been beautifully upholstered in cream damask. The table and chairs are in superb condition and are ready to grace your dining room. The set comprises the following: Dining table, in solid walnut with wind out mechanism and 2 leaves that can be added as required The table measure 75 cm High x 242 cm Wide x 124 cm Deep when fully extended. It measures 75 x 154 x 124 cm when completely closed. The 2 leaves can be added one at a time as required and measure approx 44cm each.
