This elegant antique partners writing table / desk will make a wonderful addition to one room in your home or office. This gorgeous antique desk is crafted from beautiful solid mahogany and dates from around 1860 which makes it early Victorian.It features a striking faded green leather top that has been antiqued, and beautifully hand gilded and tooled.The legs are beautifully reeded in the manner of Gillows and it stands on it''s original brass castors and has original locks. It is finished on all sides so that it can stand freely in the middle of a room, making it extremely suitable for a large home or business office. The desk has three drawers on each side, making it a Partners desk, and they are mahogany lined and perfectly sized for all the stationary you could possibly need, making it not just a symbol of refinement but a practical furnishing as well. We have several vintage leather desk chairs available if required. Measurements The desk measures 78 cm high, 153 cm wide and 90cm deep. Condition This unique antique writing table is in fully restored condition and has been well cared for. Please see photographs to confirm condition.
