An absolutely stunning antique Victorian bookcase, circa 860 in date, in truly excellent condition. The piece features a rich and striking grain, and has been accomplished in burr walnut with exquiste floral marquetry decoration and gilded ormolu mounts. The interior of the top having three adjustable shelves , the bottom having a central shelf. The base has two quarter veneered doors with inlaid decoration. It stands on tapered legs. The top has two inlaid astragal glazed doors. This bookcase has original shelves, locks, glazing, etc., and is offered in excellent condition ready to grace your home.
