The second of four sheets covering the route from London to Holyhead on Anglesea, showing from Towcester in Northamptonshire to Lichfield in Staffordshire, via Daventry & Coventry. Plate 22 from Ogilby's 'Britannia', the first road atlas of England & Wales, first published in 1675 with later hand colouring. Second state, with plate number bottom right. Framed and glazed with Baynton-Williams label au verso.
