Stunning Rare Lady's Superbly Cast French Ormolu Dressing Table Mirror of Outstanding Exhibition Quality and generous size, made during the early part of the Nineteenth Century.

The oval form looking glass within a beaded and leaf cast frame above a central lyre formed base support, ending on a circular lavish cast dome shaped circular base. Condition: Good condition overall, tiny loss to silvering of the original glass at top at center front, see last few images. Back and front views of lyre are similarly decorated. The black woven baize at back has been replaced, nicely done. Height: (entire as image one an impressive) 19.5" (49.5cm). Width: (of mirror) 11.75" (30cm). Diameter: (at base) 5” (12.5cm).
