19th century grand tour intaglios

A framed collection of early 19th Century Italian grand tour plaster intaglios, set in a walnut frame against a red fabric background, they feature intaglios depicting mythological scenes, historical figures, and classical busts.  These were popular souvenirs for wealthy travellers in the 18th and 19th centuries during their educational trips across Europe.  Circa 1820.
