The driver will be helpful and try to deliver to your room of choice but assistance may be required. If you think you might require a two - man delivery service just let us know and we will make the necessary arrangements. Delivery times can vary depending on your location but parcel carriers can usually deliver within a few days and furniture couriers within 7 - 21 days. Furniture couriers will contact you in advance to arrange a convenient delivery time. Worldwide Shipping: We can send small items worldwide via DHL or FedEX, please contact us for a quotation. For larger items we can recommend, upon request, a number of reputable shipping companies. RETURNS UK & Europe We ask that you carefully inspect your goods when they are delivered.
