A mid 19th century pierced brass fender with brass and steel fire tools. The fender has a brass and steel tool stand at each end which are removable. The three fire tools consist of tongs, a poker and a shovel and are made of steel with turned brass finials. The tools and stands are in good condition, the fender has some pieces of the pierced front missing.
