Having lived in France for over 30 years part time and now full time I became aware of the cultural and design tastes of each nationality. How designs are modified to suit cultural differences and taste and style. The French style can range from the grand designs made for the Palace of Versailles to the ordinary household items used daily in our homes. France is particularly famous for its Brocante or Marche aux Puce which are held regularly in small villages throughout the summer. Where you can find numerous treasures of items you would find no we're else in the world. One of my favorite items to collect are items relating to the wine industry and vineyards which of course their many here.
