A late 18th century Georgian mahogany chest of drawers. The chest comprises two short drawers over three graduated long drawers. The drawers are pine lined, have a cock beaded edge and oval brass handles that are old but not original. The top of the chest has a thumb moulded edge and is cross banded and box wood inlaid. The chest has ogee shaped feet and reeded quarter Corinthian pillars to the corners. This well made chest is in good condition with a few mark to the top from use over the years. (Circa 1790) Height 91.5cm (36 inches) Width 120cm (47.2 inches) Depth 53cm (20.9 inches) 18th Century Mahogany Inlaid Chest
