For sale is a good quality early 19th century double gateleg table. The solid oak top above nicely turned barley twist legs, the two flaps supported by a double gate when open. There are historical signs of shrinkage, though these were repaired professionally sometime during the early part of the last century. This is not detrimental to the piece, though it is testament to its age. Overall, the table is very sturdy, and in good usable condition. Wear consistent with age and use.
