Circa 1825. A rare and stylish mahogany George IV framed toilet mirror by 'James Mein of Kelso'. The circular mirror with its original speckled glass in a simple mahogany frame supported on a demi lune upright with foliate carving on the tops, the mirror held in place by two large turned knobs with the upright resting on a shaped platform base in figured mahogany with chamfered fore-edges, all resting on four squat bun feet, with trade label for 'James Mein' beneath.
