Circa 1860. Mid-Victorian cast brass tavern bell candle stick (recently converted to electricity), the top surmounted with a large faux candle resting on the brass nozzle, beneath this there is a small brass wheel in faux wood pattern and a bell supported on a faux beam, when the wheel rotates it rings the bell, contained in a frame in the form of a bell, supported on a simple brass stem on a large dished base.

Georgian Antiques was founded in 1978 by John Dixon's brother Padriac in a small shop at Jocks Lodge, Meadowbank in Edinburgh, with John joining the business after finishing college in 1981. Scotland's largest antiques warehouse is located in a converted whiskey bond in historic Leith Edinburgh.
