Circa 1880.  Tall brass-mounted pottery table lamp in the Arts and Crafts style.  The lamp with cream background, blue flowers, ribbed border with foliate decorations.  All sitting on a circular cast brass base with an engraved rim.  The top of the lamp with foliate cast brass plate with a fluted and ribbed mount.  Just rewired to modern standards with silk-covered electrical cord
