ITEM DESCRIPTION: Wow, what an impressive piece of automobila we have here! Designed in the early 1900s as an added extra to your expensive Vintage/Veteran Rolls Royce or similar, these novelty horns have been manufactured ever since, this one dating circa mid to late 20th Century. Classic Accessories. The rubber bulb is still in good order and works very well, the brass stem has minor knocks, but overall very good, there is slight damage to the mount, but not major, and the serpents head is still in very good order with one original red jewelled eye and one replacement (back side). The original fork tongue is still inside the mouth. Ideal to add on to your vintage car or just as a piece of automobilia, it is worth noting that a rather famous car had one of these attached, namely Chitty Chitty Bang Bang.
