Circa 1870, Louis XV style boulle marquetry bracket clock, the scrolled foliate gilt metal pediment above a waisted case with further gilt metal mounts, terminating in scrolled paw feet, the gilt dial with enameled Roman numbers, signed 'Bertout, Borronger Mer', the movement striking on a gong; with a matching bracket, of ogee form with gilt metal mounts.
