Holmegaard Largo Smoke Liqueur Glass Measures 12.5cm / 4.92 inchDesigned by Christer Holmgren.Christer Holmgren was born in Malmö, Sweden and trained as a designer in Gothenburg, Sweden.In 1957 he started as an intern at Holmegaard Glassworks and shortly after a permanent position until 1971. As a curiosity, it may be mentioned that in Glass is Life in the section with Per Lütken's "Black Book" are listed several sketches with artist listed, as Christer Nilsson. In 1971 Christer Holmgren, together with his wife Christel Holmgren-Exner, started their own design company in Næstved, as industrial designers, working for Danish, Scandinavian and foreign companies and in several materials.The collaboration with Holmegaard Glassworks became topical again in 2007 with new designs.
