A rare find of an original DJV Presentation Hunting Dagger by E.U.F Horster Solingen.

All in overall good condition, with obvious signs of formal usage.The green scabbard covering in excellent condition with general wear to both end metalwork with a number 1 stamped on the bottom end piece.The horn hilt again in excellent condition with the DJV between stag horns badge.The blade engraving on both sides and thick edge is of a high class, with quality and fine detail.The whole piece as one measures 52cm long. Blade 32.5cm long. Scabbard 37cm long, and Hilt 15cm long.A very collectable item at a reasonable price.Open to offers

I have been buying and selling WW1 and WW2 militaria plus vintage/antique watches for over twenty years. Like a lot of "dealers" I gave up the retail/trade shop presence as the overheads became prohibitive, and now trade in a private manner from an office at my home address.
