A truely amazing Georgian Portrait all hand painted in Pastel,Watercolour and Gouache medium on fine linen canvas,depicting a beautiful young girl wearing a typical period blue dress,seen holding her black feathered hat in hand.

The photogenic nature and quality achieved by the artist is spectacular,with fine attention to detail and accurately presented with good depth and strong colour.The lower foreground delivering the depth and three diamentional perspective,which is so often difficult to achieve.The young girl is depicted wearing a tiny looking pair of leather boots,usually hand made and sewn.The frame is a good example from the period and has been carefully regilded in a gold leaf colour.The painting has been placed under glass to protect from any smudges occuring and thus has maintained this example in its orignal and overall excellent condition.A very eyecatching painting very rarely seen in this medium on such a large scale and yet as sharp and vibrant as when first produced,and perfectly captures the moment in time of bygone days.Measurements Including Frame
