A beautiful set of four stunning original and very rare hand coloured and mounted woodberry type plates by James Gerald Joyce.
These prints were copied from the stained Glass windows of the famous Fairford Windows in 1872 in Gloucestershire, by Rev James Gerald Joyce.
The original Glass windows date back to the 15th century and are considered some of the most important windows in England. Images of these windows can still be seen insitu online on Google. Condition is good considering they are 150 years old.
