An attractive brooch, made in the 1960s in Victorian taste, gold filigree set with diamonds and emeralds, and centred by a bright and lively Mexican fire-opal. A loop on the back would also allow it to be worn as a pendant. Lenth 1 5/8 inches: 40 mm.
