FINE 18thc COPPER ENGRAVING (David Teniers work) BY RICHARD COOPER (1740-1814)
The beautiful original 18th Century Engraving dates to circa 1790 and is offered in magnificent original condition.The work is one of a matching pair that we are currently selling and both Engraving's have been truly cherished and mounted within superb quality ebonised & gadrooned frames which suit the pictures wonderfully.The image depicts one of 'David Tenier' the younger's famous painting's (1610-1690)The engraver was a famous Engraver in he's own right and he's name was 'Richard Cooper' (1740-1814)Both engraving's have some delightful scrolled inscriptions relating to the pictures within the glazed frames and both works are offered in splendid condition throughout.
