This is a stylish English antique silver plated spirit kettle on stand by the renowned silversmith Elkington & Co with the date mark for 1845.
This superb kettle has a circular shaped body with an elegant handle and a Louis spout.
It has a beaded and shaped rim and beautiful engraved foliate and fluted decoration on the lid and around the body. It is raised on a circular stand with a burner on tripod feet.
It bears the makers marks for Elkington on the base.
There is no mistaking its unique quality and design, which is sure to make it a treasured piece by any discerning collector.
