A wonderful superior Tunbridge Ware Bookslide by Edward Nye of fine quality having flowers at one end and geometric squares the other, the sides of the uprights having also Tunbridge Ware inlays - a lovely item - the underneath having the trade label for Edward Nye

Circa: mid 19th century

11.5 inches (29cm) closed width / 19 inches (48cm) open width X 5 inches (12.99cm) depth approx

Good Antique Condition - one upright opens a little wider than 90 degrees and light wear mainly on edges commensurate with age and mentioned for accuracy
