1920's art deco gilt framed pier glass wall mirror

A handsome and impressive vintage Pier Glass Wall Mirror. dating to the 1920's.

It has a gilt wood frame, embellished with deeply carved classical shell and floral swag decoration and a central female mask. Her floral head dress and tiara are of the Egyptian style typical of the fashion of the 1920's. It has its original beveled glass mirror plate which is in very good condition and offers a true reflection.The gilt is a little worn in places commensurate with age.
